This antibody was generated against a MART-1 fusion protein.
应用注释 :
This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P). This antibody recognizes MART-1 (Melan-A) [MART1, MART 1] an 18kD transmembrane protein that is expressed in cells of melanocytic lineage. MART-1 is expressed by a large proportion of melanomas and by melanoma cell lines. In Immunohistochemistry citrate retrieval has also been verified for use with this clone.
