This monoclonal antibody was raised against bacteria-expressed recombinant full-length gC1q-R.

This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation (IP), ELISA, and FC. *Predicted MW = 33 kD This antibody recognizes mature and truncated forms of gC1q-R and is directed against the carboxyl-terminus of the receptor (residues 204-218), a portion of the molecule with specific interaction with HK and Factor XII. It blocks binding of HK to gC1q-R.
