Recombinant Human Antibody (Gc1118) scFv Fragment is specific to EGFR, expressed in E. coli. This antibody fragment exhibited superior inhibitory activity against high-affinity EGFR ligands in terms of EGFR binding, triggering EGFR signaling, and proliferation compared with cetuximab and panitumumab.

Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
