Spec:Description :
Specific for LPS of virulent and vaccine strains of Fr. tularensis. There is no cross-reactivity with Fr. novicida, Br. abortus, Br. suis, Br. melitensis, Br. ovis, Y. pestis, Y. enterocolitica, Y. pseudotuberculosis, E. coli, and V. cholerae. Can be used for detection of Fr. tularensis in ELISA (as both coating and conjugate, detection limit 100 pg/ml) and immunofluorescence and lateral flow devices
