IHC-plus™ UBE2N / UBC13 Antibody LS-B433

A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with UBC13 protein from a broad range of sources including human, dog, bovine, Xenopus laevis, Xenopus tropicalis, , zebrafish, rat, mouse, chimpanzee, macaque and chicken based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.

UBC13 antibody LS-B433 is an unconjugated goat polyclonal antibody to human UBC13 (UBE2N). Validated for ELISA, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Immunohistochemistry: LS-B433 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B433 was determined to be 2.5 ug/ml.
