IHC-plus™ RELA / NFKB p65 Antibody (phospho-Ser536) LS-B53

This antibody is specific for human p65 (RelA) protein phosphorylated at S536. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with p65 (RelA) from human, mouse and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross reactivity with p65 (RelA) from other sources has not been determined.

NFKB p65 antibody LS-B53 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to human NFKB p65 (RELA) (pSer536). Validated for ELISA, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Immunohistochemistry: LS-B53 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B53 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.
