Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Phosphospecificity was confirmed by dephosphorylation of the STAT5a protein with l-phosphatase.
