Delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.

Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

MIP-1 Beta antibody LS-C154095 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to human MIP-1 Beta (CCL4). Validated for ELISA and WB.

This purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Reactivity is also expected in neutralizations, radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry. The endotoxin content is estimated to be <10 pg/ul by the LAL method. By western blot a band approximately 15 kD in size corresponding to native human MIP-1beta protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
