MIP-1 Beta antibody LS-C154109 is an HRP-conjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to human MIP-1 Beta (CCL4). Validated for ELISA and WB.

This protein-A purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 15 kD in size corresponding to human MIP-1beta protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Immunology Research. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
