Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10000 detects nitrated a- or b-Synuclein recombinant protein. Nitrated and unnitrated a-synuclein recombinant protein were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-nitro-a/b-Synuclein (1:5000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. nitrated a- Synuclein (~14.5kD). Note. The detected band at ~30kD represents the formation of o, o' -dityrosine cross-links occurring during nitration with peroxynitrite. Immunohisto/cytochemistry: Detects nitrated-synuclein in human tissues.
