Smooth Muscle Actin antibody LS-C34839 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to Smooth Muscle Actin (ACTA2) (N-Terminus) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for IF and IHC.

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:400 for 20 minutes at RT. No special pretreatment is required for the immunohistochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive control: Smooth muscle or leiomyosarcoma.
