HAND2 antibody LS-C36591 is an unconjugated goat polyclonal antibody to HAND2 (DHAND) from human. It is reactive with human and mouse. Validated for ELISA, IHC and WB.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhHAND2 and rmHAND2 is approximately 1.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhHAND2 and rmHAND2 is approximately 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 10 ug/ml to detect HAND2 in mouse embryos. Cells were fixed with PBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with PBS containing 10% normal donkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-100, and 1% BSA. After blocking, cells were incubated with diluted primary antibody followed by NorthernLights 557-coupled anti-goat IgG at RT in the dark. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing BSA.
