AKT1 antibody LS-C60161 is an unconjugated sheep polyclonal antibody to AKT1 (Internal) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, Flow, IF, IHC and WB.

This affinity purified antibody is suitable for ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 55-60 kD in size corresponding to AKT1 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
