Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation Western Blot: 1 ug/ml. Recognizes 10 ng recombinant bacterial, baculo-viral, or native FGFr1. FGF Receptor 1 is often seen as a doublet at ~110-120 kD. Immunoprecipitation: Native, recombinant and ligand-labeled FGFr1. Flow Cytometry: 1:100.
