IRS1 antibody LS-C8267 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to IRS1 (pSer612) from mouse. It is reactive with mouse and rat. Validated for IP and WB.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
