Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry: 10 ug/ml had been found to stain rat brain sections that express the muscarinic M3 receptor after fixing with PLP fixative and using ABC techniques. Western Blot: homogenates whole rat brain.
