Recombinant human ERBB2, C-terminal (Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2) overexpression cell lysate, derived from the transfected HEK293 cells. (100 µg). Purchase will also include one vial of normal control HEK293 cell lysate transfected with empty expression vector.

Lyophilized from a sterile solution in PBS, Protease Inhibitor.

Short term: Store at 4 °C for up to 2 weeks. Long term: Store lyophilized at -20 °C in a dessicator or aliquot and store at -80 °C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute in sterile deionized water or PBS to 0.5-1 mg/ml.
