The canine IFN-γ ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of canine IFN-γ in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included.
