These monoclonal antibodies enable sensitive and specific detection of human IFN-α subtypes 1/13, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 14, 16 and 17 (pan specific detection) in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot.

We recommend MT2/4/6 as detection antibodies in ELISA and ELISpot in combination with capture antibodies MT1/3/5.
