This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IL-12 (p70) in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot. The antibody is specific for the p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23.

We recommend C17.8 as capture antibody in ELISA and ELISpot in combination with biotinylated detection antibody IL12-IV.
