This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IL-12 (p70) in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot. The antibody is specific for the p35 subunit of IL-12 p70 heterodimer (p40 +p35).

We recommend IL12-IV as detection antibody in ELISA and ELISpot in combination with capture antibody C17.8.
