The human TNF-α ELISA development kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of human TNF-α in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP and ELISA standard. Plates and substrate are not included.
