This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human Thioredoxin-1(Trx1) in ELISA. The antibody is also suitable for Western blot. MAb MT17R6 detects reduced and oxidized Trx1.

We recommend mAb MT17R6 as capture antibody in ELISA in combination with biotinylated detection antibody MT13X3.
物种交叉活性 :
The antibody cross-reacts with Trx1 from cow. For quantification of human Trx1 in ELISA, samples should not contain bovine serum.
