This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human Thioredoxin-1(Trx1) in ELISA. The antibody is also suitable for Western blot. MAb MT13X3 detects reduced and oxidized Trx1.

We recommend MT13X3 as detection antibody in ELISA in combination with capture antibody MT17R6.
物种交叉活性 :
The antibody cross-reacts with Trx1 from cow. For quantification of human Trx1 in ELISA, samples should not contain bovine serum
