描述1 :
This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of apoB in immunoassays such as ELISA. The presence of low amounts of detergent is necessary for binding. Tween 20, Triton X100 or NP40 can be used at a concentration of 0.001-0.5%.

We recommend LDL 11 as detection antibody in ELISA in combination with capture antibodies LDL 20/17.
