May be used for studying the intracellular distribution of actin structures and their functions in the contractile system.; Rabbit anti-actin antibody was used to visualize actin in human sperm smears. Samples were incubated with the antibody (1:80) for 2 hours at 37 degrees.Fluorescent microscopy was performed on bovine fallopian tube epithilial cells to visualize actin aggregates following inoculation with c. parvum sporozites using the rabbit anti-actin antibody from Sigma.
