Antigen: Digoxin conjugated to KLH. Activity: Ig mg/ml*: 4.8. ELISA Titer**: 1: 48,000. (Note: * Determined by radial immunodiffusion for several lots of ascites. **ELISA is an indirect assay against digoxin conjugated to BSA on the solid phase. Titers represent endpoint dilutions that achieve absorbance values >0.1.)
