Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/100. Immunohistology - Paraffin: Application Note: F4/80 antibody requires pre-treatment of paraffin sections prior to staining. Proteinase K is recommended for tissues fixed for less than 24 hours. Citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for tissues fixed for more than 24 hours.
