Prior to reconstitution store at 4 degree C. Following reconstitution store at -20 degree C. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf Life: 12 months from date of reconstitution.
ELISA: Biotinylated rabbit anti mouse IP-10 may be used in a direct ELISA or as a detection reagent in a sandwich ELISA with our purified anti mouse IP-10 antibody as a capture reagent and recombinant mouse IP-10 as the standard. ELISA: Minimum Dilution: 0.5; Maximum Dilution: 2.0ug/ml. Western Blotting: Minimum Dilution: 0.1ug/ml; Maximum Dilution: 0.2ug/ml
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5 ml distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. MyBioSource recommends that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.

Rabbit anti Mouse IP-10 antibody recognizes interferon gamma inducible protein (IP-10), also known as CXCL10. IP-10 is expressed in a variety of tissues including liver, gut, spleen, kidney and thymus, in response to interferon gamma. IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, NK cells and certain T-cells.
