The anti IgG1 only reacts with IgG1 by IEP and gel diffusion analysis when tested against each of the mouse IgG subclasses at 1.0 mg/ml. By ELISA this product reacts specifically with Mouse IgG1 and shows less than 1% crossreactivity with IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3.

The anti IgG1 was then immunoaffinity purified and tested for monospecificity.
