Direct ELISA, Sandwich ELISA, Western Blot (WB)

Direct ELISA: To detect Human MIG by direct ELISA (using 100 ul/well) a concentration of approximately 1.0 ug/ml of this antibody is required. The biotinylated polyclonal antibody allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human MIG. Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human MIG by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 ug/ml of this antibody is required. The biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with MyBioSource's Polyclonal Anti-Human MIG ( MBS695324 ) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human MIG. Western Blot: To detect Human MIG by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible development reagents the detection limit for Human MIG is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.

Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant hMIG. Anti-Human MIG specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. Immunogen: E.coli derived recombinant Human MIG ( MBS695824 ). Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
