Western Blot: ICAM-1/CD54 Antibody (MEM-111) [NB500-318] - ICAM-1 protein expression levels in rat lung tissue after the different treatments in each group. Immunoblotting showed increase in ICAM-1 after one course of paclitaxel compared with normal lung tissue; p < 0.01. These changes were reversed by using parecoxib in combination with paclitaxel, while the group that received parecoxib treatment alone resembled the Con group.
