用途 :
Immunohistochemistry: use for 30 mins (ABC method) on paraffin-embedded sections. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections require antigen retrieval unmasking with EDTA buffer pH 8.0 for 30 min at RT prior to staining. Use on frozen sections was reported in scientific literature (PMID: 22665223). Positive control for IHC is Tonsil tissue. This antibody has also been reported to work in ICC/IF in mouse (PMID:22009917).
