Simple Western: NCAM-1/CD56 Antibody (SPM128) [NBP2-34349] - Detection of NCAM-1/CD56 by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of human cerebellum. A specific band was detected for NCAM-1/CD56 at approximately 147 kDa (as indicated) using 10 ug/mL of Mouse Anti-NCAM-1/CD56 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-34397). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
