Neale (1987) in Lymphokines and Interferons, A Practical Approach. Clemens, M.J. et al . (eds): IRL Press. 221. The ED50 for this effect is 0.025-0.1 µg/mL. When cytotoxicity is measured on the porcine PK-15 cells, the ED50 is 0.05-0.15 ng/mL.
