Detection of Human Siglec-3/CD33 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 ╡g/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Siglec-3/CD33 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11371) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018 ). A specific band was detected for Siglec-3/CD33 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1 .
