Desc1 :
LSP1 is an intracellular F-actin binding protein. The protein is expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and endothelium and may regulate neutrophil motility, adhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelial migration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100 1:10-50 Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
