Involved in both the initiation and regulation of meiosis, mitosis, and postmitotic functions in differentiated cells by phosphorylating a number of transcription factors such as ELK-1. Phosphorylates EIF4EBP1; required for initiation of translation. Phosphorylates microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2) and heat shock factor protein 4 (HSF4) (By similarity). Phosphorylates SPZ1. Applications:. Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA. Recommended Dilution:. ELISA: 1:1,000. Western Blot: 1:100-500. Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50. Storage and Stability:. Store product at 4 C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
